Shri P.K. Sharma,
Addl. Member(Staff),
Railway Board,

New Delhi

Dear Sir,
Sub: Payment of PLB to the Railwaymen for the year 2010-11

Time is running fast, but the orders for the payment of Productivity Linked  Bonus to the Railwaymen, for the year 2010-11, have not yet been issued, though
many a times formally and informally I have requested the Railway Board in this  regard.  Since “Pooja” festival is approaching fast and last working day falls on 30
th September, 2011, and also there is lots of anxiety among the Railwaymen, it is  requested that the orders for the payment of PLB to the Railwaymen for the year 2010-
11 should be issued early to avoid last minute inconvenience to the Railwaymen as  well as Railway administration.  It is also requested that the payment of PLB should be made in cash to  avoid any confrontation later.  An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

(Shiva Gopal Mishra)
General Secretary
