Outstanding points were discussed with DGOF on 24/07, during his visit at SAF Kanpur. 

 Following are  his replies (point wise) .


 Promotion 
    Chargeman promotion  to Asst. Foreman in Electrical & Chemical streams (138 + 238) are under  issue.

 Merged Seniority 
    Issue of Merged Seniority of Chargeman   may take 4 -5 weeks after the  above mentioned Promotion.

Review DPC  
    Review  DPC will be done after finalisation of Merged Seniority. This review will  take care of the left-out Chargeman (as per the Merged Seniority).

 Merger 
    OFB will do as per Orders  awaited from Min. of Fin.  by this time and will not take up the case of JWMs further.
