In view of the technical audit being conducted by the Railway Board after the CBI investigation into recently held Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) examination, the Ministry of Railways has decided to postpone the written examination by all RRBs scheduled on 27th June 2010 (Sunday) for the posts of Enquiry cum Reservation Clerks (ECRC) and Goods Guards.
Fresh date for the examination will be intimated shortly.
Earlier, the Ministry of Railways has stated that Railway Administration will provide all cooperation to the CBI in its investigation into the recently held Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) examination of Assistant Loco Pilot and Assistant Station Master conducted by RRB Mumbai at Sholapur and Nagpur centres. In the meantime, Shri S.M.Sharma, Chairman, RRB Mumbai has been placed under suspension till further orders. The Ministry of Railways has further stated that officials at any level, found responsible, would be dealt with severely.
