Loco Pilots/Sr.ALP may be absorbed as Sr. Pass Guard/Sr. Goods Guard

AIRF has demanded absorption of Loco Pilots/Sr. Assistant Loco Pilots against direct recruitment quota. AIRF also wants that in this process seniority of existing staff should not suffer. AIRF has written a letter to Secretary(E), Railway Board in this respect.

 Dear Sir,
 Sub: Loco Pilots/Sr.ALP may be absorbed as Sr. Pass Guard/Sr. Goods Guard  while redeploying after unfit in A1 medical category and fit in A2 & below
In reference to our earlier letter of even number dated 9th June, 2015, it is clarified that, we have demanded absorption of Loco Pilots/Sr. ALP in Traffic Running Cadre against Direct Recruitment Quota. It should also be ensured that, in case of such redeployment, seniority of the existing Guards should not suffer.
