1. LTS WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM 15.12.2010
2. IT IS NOW REVISED TO 3000 KM EACH WAY
3. FOREIGN TRAVEL IS ALLOWED ALL OVER WORLD
4. COST IS ECONOMY FARE OF AIR INDIA ONLY BETWEEN TRIVANDRUM AND NEW DELHI



HALTING ALLOWANCE WEF 01.12.2010 (AFTER BOARD'S APPROVAL) TO BE AS FOLLOWS:
   A CLASS  B CLASS  C CLASS
SCALES - IV/V/VI/VII  1000*  800  700
SCALES - 1/II/III  800**  700  600

 *rs. 1200 for Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai

**rs.1000 for Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai
