Subject - Rotational transfer/posting of Section Officers of CSS-Non-drawal of Salary from November, 2010 onwards in respect of defaulting officers - Reg

   The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department's order of even No. dates 27.08.2010 vide which the section officers, who have put in more than 16 years service in a particular Cadre Unit have been transferred and posted to other Cadre Units. All the Cadre units  were requested to relieve the section officers  concerned immediately latest by 30.09.210. Subsequently vide this Department's OM of even number dated 15.10.2010, in exercise of the power conferred under rule extended up to 31.10.2010 by the competent Authority. It was also made clear this date will not be made entitled to draw the salary and allowances from 1st November onwards from the present  Cadre unit

   However , It has been noted that some of the section officers (Annexure) have not yet joined the new Cadre Unit so far. In view of the above , in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule19(2) of the CSS Rule, 2009, all the concerned Drawing and Disbursing officers are requested not to draw the salary and allowance of the section officers as per the list attached from November 2010 onwards from the cadre Units from where  they are transffered out.

   This may be accorded to priority
