Employees with fake certificates hould be sacked : CAT



    The Central Administrative Tribunal has ruled that the employees who got into service has no right to continue in service and do not deserve any sympathy even if he has put in long experiance in the work.

    CAT members S Pandey and M Chibber passed the order on a petition filed by Shiv Kumar, a teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Aligarh, challenging his termination from service by a disciplinary authority without allowing him an opportunity to defend himself and overlooking 14 years of service.
