The Govt. of India is formulating a Comprehensive
Performance Management System and required the Departments to prepare a result Framework Document (RFD) summarizing the objectives and the corresponding action for each year. The RFD Shall contain the agreed objectives, policies, programmes and also the success indicators and targets to measure progress of implementation. As per this project, the Department of Pensioner’s welfare has formulated a RFD and also an Action plan and has placed the same in its website and has called for the vies/suggestions in this connection. various Pensioner’s Associations have been called upon to give their suggestions immediately.
