Report on Disciplinary and Vigilance Inquiries




   On 12 May 2010, the Department of Personnel  and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and  Pensions, Government of India issued a notification appointing a  Committee of Experts to review the procedure of  Disciplinary/Vigilance Inquiries and recommend measures for  their expeditious disposal. 

The Committee is headed by P.C.Hota,  former Chairman of Union Public Service Commission and comprised  of following members

1. Arvind Varma – Member Former Secretary,  Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India

2. P.Shankar – Member Former Central  Vigilance Commissioner Government of India

As directed by the Government, the committee  examined various aspects of DISCIPLINARY & VIGILANCE INQUIRIES  and has submitted its report.
