Sub: Grant of financial upgradation under the Modified  ACP Scheme – reckoning of Non-Functional Grade (NFG) to DR Assistants/DR  Grade ‘C’ Stenographers – clarification reg.

  
1.    In supersession of Board’s Order of even number dated 17.2.2010,  it is clarified that DR Assistants/DR Grade ‘C’ Stenographers who have got  Non-Functional Grade (NFG) in the Grade Pay of RS.5400 would only be  entitled to 3rd financial upgradation in the immediate grade pay  of RS.6600 on completion of 30 years of continuous service or on  completion of 10 years of stagnation in 2 single Grade Pay, whichever is  earlier. No further financial upgradation would be admissible to  such officials.

 

2.    This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the  Ministry of Railways and has the sanction of the President.
